Writing this review makes me feel sad. I had great expectations before visiting El Santo. The food was good but still not exceptional. The most problematic part was the service. Lack of communication with the waiter was the main problem since he couldn’t explain in English the menu and the wine list. The second waitress completely ignored me and don’t even asked me if I need anything else. I had to eat the main dish without wine because none of them asked me to refill my glass and since they were busy I couldn’t ask it by myself. It is a big disappointment since the chef is really good. I wouldn’t recommend it for non Spanish customers.

Definitely our favourite restaurant in Triana (and probably in Las Palmas) for a nice Date Night. Everything is perfect! The quiet terrace always makes our nights there very special. Highly recommended!

Great service and very nice atmosphere. The food was ranging from just OK (the tataki) to excellent (the tomato dish), so in total it fell a bit shy of expectations. The prices were quite modest, so good value.

Very disappointing experience. Food is quality - the semi dried tomatoes blew our mind. Pork risotto also delicious. The food was let down by rushed service. No music. Bright lights. And bizarrely, they would not provide an itemized bill, which was 1.5x we have paid in similar establishments. Gourmet restaurants in Las Palmas seem to be missing ambience and atmosphere.

We had a fantastic evening. Tastefully done decor fitting into the old part of the city. We tried many dishes. Each one an exquisite fusion of flavours. As we were sharing, each plate was served individually without being rushed. So we enjoyed the rich food and the atmosphere. Worthwhile experience and an enjoyable evening. Great staff and service 👏 Deserts are delicious, a combination of surprising elements. Don't miss them.

Was searching for a place that has Spanish vermuth (surprisingly not qll of them do). So sat down and the waitress convinced to have a bite as well, which I did. Great bread and interesting honeybutter ;) Also delicious bites. Steak tartar was ok, but nothing memorable. In general, I liked the food, the staff, cannot comment the atmosphere as I was sitting outside.

A gem found by accident during our trip. Innovative and delicious dishes, from the burnt caramel butter to the lemon dessert. Every single detail has been taken care of. Complex flavours are perfectly balanced. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.
